A dedicated advocate that wasn´t afraid to stand up for those that truly needed help and support in the early days of AIDS and HIV. His hard work was able to help so many. Prayers and condolences to the Cornelius family, May God be with you to help you at this difficult time of your loss.

I had the great fortune of doing some work with Mr. Baker, and getting his guidance, in my previous position at the NIH Office of AIDS Research. I was especially sad to learn about his passing. He was a wonderful and empathic person and advocate, who moved mountains with his efforts to destigmatize HIV/AIDS. I was so honored to have an opportunity to get his guidance and expertise. He was such an inspiration to me! I send my sincere condolences to his family and friends.

Sorry to hear of the passing of Cornelius. Cornelius worked in a field of study that allowed him to help others combat diseases. This showed that he was compassionate toward others. Rest assured that our Heavenly Father will remember the love he showed for others.
