WILLISTON, SC - The Home Going Celebration for Mr. England Dunbar, will be conducted on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Young Rosemary Baptist Church, Williston, SC with Pastor Phinice Young officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation for Mr. Dunbar will be on Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Simmons Funeral Home of Williston, Inc.
