It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Aaron Morgan on December 20, 2023. Born on June 9, 1987, Aaron was a cherished son, brother, uncle, and friend. He is survived by his loving parents, Ruth and David Morgan; his brother Ryan Morgan and wife Laura Morgan; his nieces Lena and Rory Morgan; and his aunt and uncle, Beth and Les Swinney.

Aaron was a graduate of Southport High School in 2006 and a beloved member of the community. Aaron was a leader on the basketball and football teams at Southport. He will be remembered for his unwavering love and devotion to his family and friends, as well as his passion for fishing. Aaron found joy in the simple pleasures of life, cherishing moments spent with loved ones and the tranquility of being by the water, casting a line.

Above all, Aaron's deep faith in Jesus as his Christ and Savior provided him with strength and comfort throughout his life. His belief in the Lord shaped his character and influenced the way he approached challenges with resilience and grace.

Aaron Morgan will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His memory will forever live on in the hearts and minds of those whose lives he touched. May he rest in eternal peace, surrounded by the serenity he found in the embrace of his faith and the calming waters he loved so much.
