Ada Null Obituary
Funeral services for Ada Rena Null of Lakeview, Arkansas, will be 10:00 AM, Thursday, August 4, 2011, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Randy Ludwig officiating. Ada died Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at Hiram Shaddox Geriatric Center, at the age of 90. She was born December 14, 1920 in Rives, Tennessee, the daughter of Marion V. and Nina Holloway Robinson. She married Samuel Evers Null, Sr. on July 14, 1942 at Hernando, Mississippi and was a Registered Nurse. Ada lived in Lakeview, AR since 1974 moving from Memphis, Tennessee. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church. She enjoyed canning, playing cards with her friends and was deeply devoted to her church.
Ada is survived by 1 son, Samuel E. Null, Jr. of Mountain Home, AR; 4 grandchildren, Billy Null of Gouldsboro, ME, Bernie Null of Peru, IN, Bobbie McGee of Lakeview, AR and Samuel Null III in the U.S. Army; 13 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter-in-law, Iona Null and sister, Margarette Woody.
Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of North Central Arkansas or First United Methodist Church.
