Dearly loved son of NEVILLE and ELAINE. Loving father of MADDISON, MACKENZIE and much loved Grandad of SARAH ANNE.
The Relatives and Friends of ADAM are warmly invited to attend his Funeral to be held in The Chapel, Harris St, Wallsend TOMORROW WEDNESDAY 24/12/2014, Service commencing at 2.30pm.
A private internment will follow.
