Age 72, on Tuesday, April 20, 2004, beloved husband of Nancy (Lightowler) O'Malley; loving father of Sandi (Doug) Schilpp, Kelly (Bob) Letterle, Teri, Jack, David (Brenda) O'Malley and Shannon (Mike) Gyure; also survived by 14 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Gale O'Malley and Colletta Weiland. Family to receive friends, 7-9 p.m. Wednesday and 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Thursday at the HUGHES FUNERAL HOME, INC., 1501 Lowrie St., Troy Hill, where Blessing Service will be held on Friday, at 10 a.m., Friends invited.

Dave, Teri, Kelly and families; Your father was truly one of a kind. He never seemed to distinguish between his own and their friends, he took care of us all the same! His kindness can never be duplicated. He will be missed. Carry on his legacy! My prayers are with you all!!
