I am one of Lisa's oldest and closest friends and just learned of her passing. We grew up together on Swain's Lake in Barrington. Lisa had a big heart and was always dear to me. For a reason I can't recall, we called each other Baby Lisa and Baby Julie. Her difficulties in her adult years were not the true Lisa. When we were young, she was like her middle name; she was humorous, and we laughed constantly and never got tired of each other. She took life in stride and loved her family. Life was tough on her, but she always thought of others. I received a Christmas card from her as I do every year and have recently been looking for her. When she didn't answer her phone messages, I became worried and found this. Although we were in touch every six months or so, I'm very sad to have missed her. God bless Baby Lisa. Family who see this can call me on (617)966-1985.
