Adelaide Packer Obituary
Adelaide M. (nee Burke), 96, of Boca Raton, FL, formerly of Franklin Lakes, NJ, passed away on September 28, 2012. Adelaide was a parishioner of Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Boca Raton, FL and Most Blessed Sacrament RC Church in Franklin Lakes, NJ.
Beloved wife of the late Alvin C. Packer (1998). Loving mother of Mary A. Packer. Cherished aunt of many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister Helen McDermott and her brother Thomas Burke.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 2, 2012, from 4-8 PM, at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 113 South Farview Avenue, Paramus, NJ. Funeral Mass Wednesday, October 3, 2012, at 10:30 AM at Most Blessed Sacrament RC Church, 787 Franklin Lakes Rd., Franklin Lakes, NJ. Family requests friends meet directly at Church. Interment Wyckoff Reformed Church Cemetery, Wyckoff, NJ.
Donations may be made in Adelaide's memory to IHAF (an orphanage for young girls in Haiti), c/o Rev. Andrew Topp, 238 Squaw Brook Road, North Haledon, NJ 07508.
