Uncle Adrian, may God bless you and your family

As a kid growing up in the early 90's in Windsor, I had the honour of meeting Adrian, where he would spend hours flying his kites at the school by his house. It eventually led to a great friendship. RIP my friend. My deepest condolences to his family and friends.

It was my great fortune to meet Adrian out on Antelope Island in the middle of the Great Salt Lake and fly kites with him. And then to be present to see and hear about his kites as he was selected as Grand National Champion Kitebuilder in our community. Thanks to Simon for introducing us. My condolences to Jody and Adrian's family.

My condoleances to the family. I met Adrian in 2013 at a kite festival in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. I spent a lot of time with him and he really was an inspiration for me. I wish I had a chance to meet him again.

Anytime a kite is lifted into the sky the wind will whisper Adrian Conn, for he will be there in spirit. Many Wisconsin Kiters got to know and admire him personally. This pic is from 4/26/14 at Shipsewana, IN with his award winning kite and Paul Koepke.

Adrian even though I have memories of you through my Dad I will miss hearing of all the great kites and other things that you made not only with your hands but your mind. This is a sad day but a Happy day because what you have built is amazing and people around the world will be talking about you for ever. May you rest in peace Uncle Adrian. Love Billy Conn Jr.

It was a privilege and an honor to have known Adrian. He was so beloved in our kiting community and he will be sorely missed.

Jody, we appreciate your helpfulness with our brother during his final times with our family. Adrian was a master with anything he did and will be missed. When you see a kite flying we all can wave to him, love, Bill, Mary and Family
