Adriane Rosenberg Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Dec. 30, 2023.
My dear friend, Adriane Rosenberg, known affectionately as Knane, passed away on December 17, 2023, at the age of 43 in Medford, Oregon. She was born on March 6, 1980, in Belgium. Adriane was a devout follower of Jesus Christ and her faith was an integral part of her life.

In addition to her strong faith, Adriane had a deep love for nature, cooking, and music. She possessed a remarkable talent for playing the piano by ear and her skills were truly awe-inspiring. Adriane's love for animals, especially dogs and horses, was evident to all who knew her. She had a particular fondness for Golden Retrievers and her beloved dog Jonah held a special place in her heart.

Adriane will be remembered for her kindness, class, beauty, dignity, and grace. Her radiant soul touched the lives of many, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Adriane is survived by her father Mark, step-mother Lisa, sisters Katalina, Cassandra, and Emma, as well as brothers Marc and Christopher. She also leaves behind her cherished dog Jonah and her beloved cat Matilda. Adriane was preceded in death by her mother Renate.

Details regarding Adriane's ceremony will be announced at a later time. Please stay tuned for further notice regarding the services.

May Adriane Rosenberg's memory be a blessing to all who knew her and may she find eternal peace in the embrace of her Lord.

It's been one year, yet it still feels like yesterday. I will never get used to your absence. I miss you every second. There is not a day that goes by that I don't think about you, but I guess that is how it will always be. Memories....even things that I'd forgotten, have been flooding back, so for me, you're not really nor will ever be, gone. Still, I wish I could share them with you over a hundred cups of coffee and laugh about all of the fun we had.
I love you so much. You were and always will be, my very best friend.

I miss you, every single day. Not a day has passed since December 17th, that I haven't cried. Maybe that day, will never come, but that is okay. So long as your memory is alive, well, & preserved, I will take anything that comes my way. Because I knew & loved you, I will always speak your name, and honor your memory, Adriane. My memories with you are abundant and I will cherish them until I am gone. Until we meet again, (and we surely will) know you are so incredibly loved. I hope you can feel the power of that love, from down here. Rest peacefully in the arms of Jesus, my sweet friend.

I met Adriane decades ago when we began working at the Valencia Library together as Pages. We were hired around the same time. When we were in the work room reporting to our supervisor, a brusque and eccentric Library Manager named Rita saw the both of us and referred to us as "The Young and the Restless" because she thought we looked like characters in a soap opera. I don´t think I would have made it past a casting call for an extra in a b-movie, but Adriane looked like a young Grace Kelly, though she likely had absolutely no idea (that´s just the way she was).

Adriane´s personality was soft and reserved at first, so much so I think a lot of us girls who worked together always wanted to find a way to rope her into our ridiculous capers (and we did!). She was someone who you hoped liked you because her depth of character was so apparent, even if she did not say much at first. She was kind and caring, very smart, and someone with a sense of responsibility that people so young probably shouldn´t be burdened with. The best was when she was amused--laughing with us. As her character unfolded and our friendships with each other deepened, Adriane´s humor and joy became as evident as her other qualities.

I only wish that we had remained as close over the years as we were then. Until we meet again. See you at the cosmic beanfeast.

Adriane was a positive, beautiful, and kind soul. Working with her was a privilege. She always greeted people with a smile and found a way to sneak her sense of humor into our conversations. We bonded over our love for animals and our shared struggles in life. Her soul still lives in our hearts, and I know she is resting peacefully. She absolutely deserves it. I´ll always remember her as an absolutely gorgeous and amazing woman inside and out.

From the entire time that we worked together, I can´t remember a single moment when I heard you say something negative. I will always remember you by how kind you were. I am lucky to have gotten to know you and want you to know that the crew and I all love and miss you.

I had the honor and pleasure to work with Adriane, she was truly a wonderful person who always invited a conversation. During one such conversation she proceeded to tell me about her new puppy she had gotten and she had to make haste to get home because the puppy was in the process of being potty trained and couldn´t be left home alone very long... We even had a small conversation about her love for horses when I had told her about my cousin being fortunate enough to have gotten to raise two horses as a young girl and into her adulthood... We were cut short of finishing that conversation due to work... I miss you, we all at Natural Grocers miss you and your warmth and glowing smile! Thank you for just being your natural and purest self and bringing us all happiness and positive words; especially at work! We love and will always cherish your memories!! I know personally I will absolutely always cherish and honor your memory, as well as many of us that had the honor to have been even just a small part of our lives! - Ronald Witthaus

I remember faintly how Adriane would help babysit me when I was young. One time she ended up cutting pretty much micro bangs on me which looking back makes me laugh. Even though I didn´t know her extremely well, I know she really was a good soul. Rest in peace gorgeous .

I hope that Adriane and her puppies are somewhere in the universe running and playing together. Say Hi to Mermie and Gracie for me! They were my favorites!

I'll love and miss you for the rest of my life, Adriane. 25 years with you wasn't long enough.
However, I know I will see you again and that's a comfort I'll take, right now.
