Funeral services for Ervin Trichell, age 93, of Monroe, Louisiana will be 10:00AM, Monday, April 20, 2009, at Cox Funeral Home with Father Zacharias Prakuzhy c.m.i. officiating. Interment will be in the Oak Grove City Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home of Oak Grove. Visitation will be Sunday from 2:00PM - 9:00PM and Monday from 8:00AM until service time. A rosary will be held at 7:00PM, Sunday at Cox Funeral Home. He is preceded in death by his parents, Freeman Trichell and Margaret Simmon Trichell; 3 brothers, Ralie Trichell, Lonnie Trichell, and Orvey Trichell; 3 sisters, Elvena Bonnett, Myrtis Sanches, and Rose Trichell. Ervin is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Lamar Trichell and Sandra Trichell of Monroe, Louisiana; daughter, Lorene Heard of West Monroe, Louisiana; 3 grandchildren, Jason Hestle and his wife Kim of Clinton, Mississippi, Misty Trichell of Monroe, Louisiana, and Cody Trichell of Monroe, Louisiana; 2 great-grandchildren, Maggi Lyn Hestle and Thomas Jay Hestle; sister, Elsie McGuffie of Oak Grove, Louisiana; 2 sister-in-laws, Maude Trichell and Merle Trichell, both of Oak Grove, Louisiana; numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Cody Trichell, Jason Costello, Rodney Manning, Wendell Manning, Wayne Williams, Tommy Williams.
