Dear Zak Family, I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Zak on two occasions. She was a lovely person inside and out and I am confident that her special qualities live on in her family.

Dear Karen, Colleen, and Jimmy -- I'm so sorry to hear about your mom. I have such good memories of her and your dad and all of you at Cedar Point and Christmas and the many other fun times. I wish I could be with you for the funeral; I'll be thinking of you.
