Al Boone Obituary
October 19, 1958 - February 13, 2023
Al Boone passed away peacefully on Feb. 13, 2023, at his home in Greensboro, after a heroic fight with cancer. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Patti Rackley Boone; grandson, Aidan Boone; daughter and son-in-love, Heather and Brian Nelms; and daughter, Tara Boone. Services will be held in Greensboro at Gate City Baptist Church, Jamestown, Thursday, Feb. 16, with visitation at 6 p.m., followed by memorial service at 7 p.m., and will be livestreamed on their website.
