Thank you to everyone who has been so supportive during this time. My father was a special person. He provided me with so many wonderful experiences and opportunities. You each represent an extension of him to me, and I will forever remain grateful.

Dear Bonnie & family, Maxene & I are so sorry to hear the sad news. I have many fond memories of Al during our times with DPMA. Although separated by many miles, we maintained communications often. May he rest in peace.

For 65 years my cousin Al was a special person to me. He never forgot his cousins. My family and my sisters family cherished him. We are all in shock over this loss. Rest in peace cousin Al, I know you are now with some wonderful people, (your parents, my parents and my grandparents.
Love,
Evelyn

Al was one of the most important and one of the most loved of all the members of the Southern California IT community that I had the honor of serving for 24 years as Executive Director of the UCLA IS Associates. He was a great friend to all of us. He and Bonnie and my wife, Nonnie, and I had many fun times together at arts events at the Hollywood Bowl and the South Coast Repertory theater. We will all miss him greatly!

Al was the first NACCB member I met - 17 years ago. He was a great friend - always there to listen and to make you laugh. You will be missed Al. Rest in Peace.

Dear Bonnie and family--
I am shocked and saddened by Al's passing. A true leader of the Information Technology profession, DPMA, AITP, and FITE--and most of all, a very dear friend. Liked and respected by all who were lucky enough to know him.
My friendship with Al goes back over 30 years--and after we both survived cancer, I think we thought we would live forever and always be friends--it was indeed a special bond. But our plans are not always God's plans.
My most sincere condolences to you and all Al's extended family.
And to Al, Shalom my friend--we shall meet again.
