To the Brown family - you all are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Alan was a multi-faceted man with interests ranging from his beloved dogs to classical music. He loved riding his tractor around his farm and planting huge vegetable crops in the summer. He was a farmer-gentleman in the true English tradition. May he rest in peace.

I am so sorry to hear of Alan's death. His photographs, his kindness, his willingness to connect, and his willingness to help others, even at great cost to himself, will be remembered.
