Thinking of you Irene.
His sense of humour and his engaging ways will be missed at RMB.
His larakin character matched his imposing stature and I think he would be happy to hear that description of himself.
My favourite memory of Alan is watching how he interacted with the children who were visiting when we pushed him around the corridors at RMB. His smile was genuine and his laughter loud whenever he managed to get a response to his teasing ways. Xx
