On Friday 13th May 2011 at The University Hospital of North Staffordshire, after a short battle with cancer, Alan Wilfred Fernyhough, aged 74 years of Stone and formerly of Trentham and Alton, The very dear husband of Sheila, loving father of Debbie, Emma and Kate and grandfather of Ava and George. A Memorial Service for Alan will take place at Christ Church, Radford Street, Stone, ST15 8ED on Friday 20th May at 2pm, preceded by a private funeral service. donations received in his memory (in sealed envelopes please) will be shared between The Douglas Macmillan Hospice, Blurton and Pancreatic Cancer UK.
