ALAN VAN LEUVEN 56, passed away May 1, 2005 at Kaiser Hospital in Fontana. He was born in San Bernardino, CA. He graduated from Redlands High School and was a member of the Operating Engineers Local 12 for 26 yrs. Alan lived in Phelan for 17 yrs. He was past president of Sunset Community Little League and a Serrano Football Booster. He is survived by his wife, Jodi Leuven; four sons, Justin of Woodlake, TX, Aaron, Garrett, and Kyle of Phelan, two gra ndsons, Clayton and Ryland of Woodland, TX; his mother, Delphie Van Leuven of Rialto; and his sister, Mary Ann Mendoza of Bloomington; sister-in-law, Paula Van Leuven of Wrightwood; and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his father, Bill Van Leuven and brother, David Van Leuven.
