MACKAY (Alastair ): The best method for measuring the joy a person brings is to look at those around him. Your capacity to bring people together was unrivaled and its foundation was your profound insight into human needs. That insight combined with a searing wit, a razor-sharp intelligence and a seductive and persuasive demeanor made you a pivot for your tribe of friends, colleagues and followers. Everyone will miss you.
