Albert Jerrel Bothwell

Services for Albert Jerrel Bothwell, 74, of Wells, Texas will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 23, 2015, in the Gipson Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Horace Fletcher officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Hope Cemetery in Wells. Mr. Bothwell was born, June 2, 1940 in Wells, Texas. He passed away May 16, 2015 in an Ohio hospital. Mr. Bothwell, was a master brick mason and a much respected expert in his chosen craft. He worked for Dreicor Inc. for the past 30 years, and he was still working with them at the time of his passing. Survivors include his wife, Mary Bothwell; son, James Bothwell; niece, Cindy Murray; granddaughter, Rena Wilson; great grandchildren, Tyler and Chase; honorary great-grandson, Jagger Murray; brother Billy Bothwell; sisters-in-law and brothers–in-law, Imogene and Charles Landers, Wilda and Arnoldo Rodriguez, Robert and Penny Jones; aunt, Otha Hannah; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. Mr. Bothwell was preceded in death by his son, Derek Albert Bothwell; and his parents, Albert and Margaret (Hannah) Bothwell. Pallbearers will be Tony Kinney, Bobby Gene Goff, Cody Voyles, Joey Burke, Sam Anderson and Raymond Bell. Honorary pallbearers will be Todd Pounds, Marshall Thompson, Jimmy Graham, Glen Allen, Brandon Murray, and all the crew and friends at Dreicor Inc.
