Sundays and Mondays will never be the same here on Fire island. We will miss your brilliant smile, your love of our beach and how much you loved your home here. We will miss your watermelon and your speedo. Our girls loved you. You were silly and made them laugh. What's up with...? (a private joke) I will always think of you when i hear the Beatles.

Capsouto Freres has been a longtime tradition for special occasions in our family and we were always warmly greeted by Albert, a fellow Stuyvesant student of our son's. We feel for his brothers and know that they will carry on in his spirit.

Albert was a true asset to the Tribeca community who always placed the public interest ahead of individual gain. I learned a lot from Albert about civic responsibility, and the significant contributions we can make as individuals. Of course, Capsouto Freres remains one of the best dining experiences in the downtown area thanks in large part to Albert's tireless work and warm hospitality. He will be sorely missed. My thoughts are with the Capsouto family at this difficult time.

My sincere condolences to the entire Capsouto fsmily. Capsouto Freres was one of my all time favorite restaurants. I have had many fond memories there.
Great food and warm Sephardi hospitality. May you be comforted among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.
