On Sunday, May 18, 2008; Beloved husband of the Late Muriel Marcovsky. Cherished father of James L. Marcovsky. Brother of the Late Adolph Marcovsky, Ben Marcs and Hannah Friedman. Uncle of the Late Paul Friedman. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Friends may meet at RALPH SCHUGAR CHAPEL, INC., 5509 Centre Ave., Shadyside, on Monday at 2 PM & then proceed to Mt. Lebanon Cemetery/Beth El Section for 3 PM Graveside Services. Contributions may be made to Beth El Congregation, 1900 Cochran Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15220.

Almar was the owner of our favorite hangout when I was in school.
and he was a personal friend of my aunt and uncle, joe and rose bellon.
so...I knew him well.
