News Death Notice

SEAL (Fleck), Alberta Born July 5, 1925 died June 16, 2015 in Gresham, Oregon of congestive heart failure. She is interred in the National Cemetery in Portland, Oregon beside her husband, John Seal. Alberta is survived by her son, Ted Seal and his wife Merrie of Gresham, OR; daughter, Deborah Cahoon and her husband Michael Cahoon of Highlands Ranch, CO; grandchildren, Julia Eidenberg, Matthew Seal and Cameron Cahoon. Great-grandchildren, Elijah Seal, Greta Eidenberg and Emery Cahoon. *Alberta grew up in Springfield at the Oesterlen children's home, living in Dayton most of her life. She was retired from NCR. Alberta was under hospice care for the last month of her life and passed peacefully. Any donations or tributes can be made to the American Heart Association.

Ted and Debbie, I was so sad to read that your mom passed away. Please accept our condolences from Robert and Cheryl Oberer and Family, Michael Kincaid and Diane Oberer and Dorothy Oberer. Our father was so close to both your parents. Your father and my dad were like brothers. I will treasure the fond memories!
