Happy Thanksgiving to our belated World War II U.S. Navy Seabee grandfather, Wilbert McClay, Sr and wife, Mrs. Albertha McClay.
On Saturday evening, November 25, 2023, South End Technology Center Manager, Mrs. Rochelle Thorpe and I, (Wilbert A.B. McClay, III, PhD) attended the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church Vietnamese Catholic Mass in Everett, Massachusetts, which highlighted the ordination of the new Vietnamese Catholic Bishop. We want to extend our sincere condolences to the McClay Family for the loss of our beloved Aunt Albertha. She was the rock in this family and will be missed by all. We will not be able to attend her homegoing because we just arrived back home from Virginia. It makes me sad that I will not be able to celebrate her life. She was a wonderful, caring, and loving Aunt.
