Alejandro (Alex) Piñon-Gutiérrez nació en Morelia, México el 23 de Julio de 1975, falleció el 11 de Mayo de 2024, en Somerton, Arizona, a la edad de 48 años.

Alex fue una persona extraordinaria que tocó los corazones de muchas personas debido a su naturaleza amorosa, generosa, desinteresada, compasiva, amigable, alegre, y amable. Alex era un pilar de su familia y desde muy joven sintió la profunda responsabilidad de apoyar a sus padres y ayudarlos económicamente. Ademas de trabajar en la granja familiar, se hizo ayudante de mecánico. Cuando Alex cumplio 18 años, su camino de vida lo llevó al Valle de Salinas en California en 1993, donde trabajó en RC Packing LLC durante 31 años, comenzando como empacador, luego como conductor de tractor, mayordomo y, finalmente, supervisor: el trabajo de sus sueños.

Más allá de su carrera, Alex tenía pasión por los automóviles y disfrutaba reparárlos. Alex también disfrutaba cocinar, aprendiendo a cocinar platillos como las famosas carnitas estilo Michoacán, su estado natal en México. Alex era un esposo y padre devoto que trabajó incansablemente para proveer sustento a su familia y darles una educación a sus tres hijas, para que pudieran tener mejores oportunidades que las que él tuvo. Alex siempre brindó su apoyo sincero a cada persona que conoció e hizo muchos amigos durante su vida. A Alex le sobreviven su esposa, Antonia (Toñita) Ruiz-Mora, sus hijas Karla, Kimberly y Alejandra Piñón-Ruiz, su madre Elva Piñón, su padre Manuel Piñón-García, sus hermanos Alberto, Manuel, Elizabeth, Hugo, Juan Pablo, Rogelio, Elías, David y Gabriel Piñon-Gutiérrez, así como múltiples sobrinas y sobrinos.

A Alex le precedió en la muerte su hermano, Isaías Piñon-Gutiérrez.

El legado de amor, esfuerzo, alegria, perseverancia, generosidad y devoción de Alex hacia su familia y amigos será siempre apreciado y recordado por todos los que tuvieron el privilegio de conocerlo. Alejandro (Alex) Piñon-Gutierrez was born in Morelia, Mexico on July 23, 1975, passed away on May 11, 2024, in Somerton, Arizona, at the age of 48.

Alex was a remarkable person who touched the hearts of many persons due to his loving, generous, selfless, compassionate, joyful, friendly, and kind nature. Alex was a pillar of his family, and since a young age, he felt a deep responsibility to support his parents financially. In addition to working in the family farm, he became a mechanic assistant Once Alex became of age, his journey led him to the Salinas Valley in California in 1993, where he worked at RC Packing LLC for 31 years, starting as a packer, then as a tractor driver, foreman, and eventually a supervisor - his dream job.

Beyond his career, Alex had a passion for cars and enjoyed fixing them. He also enjoyed cooking, mastering dishes like the famous carnitas from Michoacán, his home state in Mexico. Alex was a devoted husband and father who worked tirelessly to provide to his family and give his three daughters an education, so they could have better opportunities than he had. Alex always provided a supportive hand to every person he met, and he made many friends during his lifetime. His altruistic nature and caring spirit left a lasting impact on all who knew him.

Alex is survived by his wife, Antonia (Toñita) Ruiz Mora, his daughters Karla, Kimberly, and Alejandra Piñon-Ruiz, his mother Elva Piñon, his father Manuel Piñon-Garcia, his siblings Alberto, Manuel, Elizabeth, Hugo, Juan Pablo, Rogelio, Elias, David, and Gabriel Piñon-Gutierrez, as well as multiple nieces and nephews.

Alex was preceded in death by his brother, Isaias Piñon-Gutierrez.

Alex's legacy of love, hard work, joy, perseverance, generosity and devotion to his family and friends will forever be cherished and remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him. Alex is deeply missed, and his memory forever remains in the hearts of his family and friends.

The Piñon-Ruiz and Piñon-Gutierrez families truly appreciate all the support provided by our extended family, friends, and RC Packing LLC to say goodbye to our beloved Alex on May 23, 2024 at the Cemetery of Gonzales, CA .
