Thank you Cary Lowney for making the cross for Alex, that he designed, and then setting it, and the whale, on supports that are now attached at his headstone. This looks absolutely beautiful. Photo by Cary Lowney.

Many well wishes to you, Alex. You provided the sound track to several generations of reggae enthusiasts on the peninsula. Thank you for the fun and authenticity you brought to the stage. God´s speed to you, Alex! You will be missed.

Dear Alex,
I'm sure every day that has gone by since your passing, those who knew and love you have thought about you. Your music and voice stays with us as gifts; your legacy for all of us.
Thank you for teaching me how to play the guitar, and gardening. All the flowers you helped me plant in my garden are now in bloom, and serve to remind me of one of our many shared interests together. Thank you for the git of your love, and laughter, as we found ourselves laughing so hard at many of life's absurdities, that tears would run down our faces from laughing so hard.
I miss you so very much, and take comfort in the knowledge that one day we will be together again, on the other side. You were such a kind, loving man, with patience beyond belief, and were always there to help those in need.
With love, and admiration,
Kathleen
