Al gave the toast to the bride at my wedding in 1991. I remember him as a friendly, warm and jovial man. Being near him made you feel good about the world. My warmest condolences to the family.

Al, we will miss you. I remember John putting his jacket on and I knew he was going to listen the hockey game on the internet or to watch it in TV with you. I will miss the many cups of tea we had with you, your kind soft words, your smile, your knowledge of hockey, your friendship, you were like our father, our family. I'm glad that we gave you one last hug before we left on our trip to Panama and we talked to you via facetime last week from Panama. May the love of friends, family and God carry you, Lynn, and your whole family through your grief. John and I are in prayer for all of you and that the God of comfort be with you.
