Alfred STANWAY Obituary

STANWAY, Alfred William. Formerly of Pointe Claire, Quebec, Bermuda, Knowlton, Quebec, passed away peacefully in his sleep at St. Andrew's Terrace, Cambridge on Tuesday, October 12, 2004 in his ninety-fourth year. Beloved father of sons Rev. Dr. J. David Stanway (Judith) of Huntingdon, Quebec and Edward (Judith) of Cambridge. Loving grandfather of Heather Ross (Mark) of Toronto, Beth Stanway-Klemmer (Tom) of Vermont, John David (Danielle Bennett) of Quebec City, Kevin (Susie) and Kimberly of Cambridge, along with four great grandchildren. Mr. Stanway was predeceased by his wife Ruth Cavell Thom, his brothers John and Bert, his sister Anita Hollingworth and his daughter-in-law Suzanne Stanway (des Trois Maisons). Arrangements are entrusted to Corbett Funeral Home, Cambridge (519-740-0669). Interment at Knowlton, Quebec. In lieu of flowers donations to the Alzheimer Society of Canada or to St. John's Anglican Church, Cambridge, would be appreciated by the family.
