Mr J. Jenkins
Alfreton Mr James Arthur Jenkins, of Alfreton, has passed away at King's Mill Hospital,
Sutton-in-Ashfield, aged 89 years.
Born in South Normanton and a
lifelong resident of the area, he was an architect at Belper Rural District Council and then with P. J. Whitehurst builders.
Mr Jenkins was first and foremost a
family man and enjoyed walking
in Derbyshire.
A widower he leaves daughter Elizabeth, grandchildren Robert, Rebecca and Jonathan and great grandchildren Rowan and Rory.
The funeral service has taken placeat South Wingfield Church.
