I knew Alice through working as a Nursing Assistant at Oaklawn HCC, and she was such an amazing woman. She always made me smile and laugh, and I truly looked forward to seeing her every day. I am sad to hear of death, and I extend my deepest sympathies to her family, who she loved very, very much. I too already miss her hugs, but I know she is finally at peace.

I was saddend to hear about the loss of such a wonderful lady. She was a dear woman who always had a wonderful hug, smile and kind words for me whenever I came home to visit. I already miss Alice's hugs. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Our sympathy goes out to Alice's family. She was a very special part of Bethany Lutheran church and she will be missed for all the functions she participated in throughout the years. May she rest in peace wil Bill.

I learned of Alice's death Tuesday morning on my way to work, when my dad called my cell number. Alice was a very kind and special person. My parents and I also extend our heartfelt sympathies to her family.

It saddened me to read in the online Free Press today of Alice's death. She was a good friend of my sister, Marilyn Thurston, and I always heard of Alice's generosity and kindness, along with her wonderful gardening and other talents. My heartfelt sympathies to her family.
