My dear friend Alice you will be missed so much. You fought the devil as much as you could but he was working overtime. We had a lot of good times together I will always cherish your friendship big heart, full of life, especially when you were wearing your Orange Apron hahaha best of times. You are no longer suffering nor in pain. Sleep well my friend I will miss you.

Alice worked with us for a few months on the senior work program. Right away, I knew she was a good person. You could joke with her and she gave it right back in a fun and caring way. We spoke often and had a common connection with Couto Companies where she had worked and my husband worked so we had a lot in common. She confided in me early on that she had to be tested again for breast cancer and laughed it off but when she got the news that the cancer had come back, I knew she was worried. But as Alice being Alice she brushed it off as another day. She worked very hard, working three jobs, the Town Hall as a senior work off job, Burlington Coat Factory and some condo place where she watched security cameras or something like that. Then she said she was trying to get a job at Bobs foodmart too, Its very sad for someone to work so hard and suffer so much, yet try not to complain. We are all so sorry for the loss of Alice to her family. Rest in peace with no more suffering.
