Allan H. Marx

Allan H. Marx age 86 of Deerfield, Illinois passed peacefully at home on February 21, 2025. Allan was born on June 6, 1938 in Chicago, Illinois; the only child of the late Alfred and Trude Marx. He was the beloved husband and best friend for 61 years of Judy Marx nee Henig; and devoted father of Jennifer (Marty Arenson) and Karen (David Morrison). Allan was the adored grandfather of Elizabeth (Zachary Freibrun), Jessica (Owen Huzar), Julia Morrison (Oliver Martin), Sarah Morrison (Yanni Ullmann), and Aidan Morrison. Loving great-grandfather of Dylan and Isabelle Freibrun. To know Allan was to love Allan. He will be missed by a wide group of friends and extended family members. Memorial Service at Makom Solel Lakeside, 1301 Clavey Rd, Highland Park, IL, Sunday, February 23 at 3PM. Shiva to follow from 4PM-6PM.
