Allen HILDEBRAND Obituary
July 15, 1941 – March 5, 2017
It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Allen Henry Hildebrand on March 5, 2017. He was predeceased by his parents, Henry and Willa Hildebrand, sister Ruth Deschene, nephew Jordan Bundas, ex-wife Dorlin Hildebrand, many aunts, uncles and cousins. He is remembered by his wife Diane, daughters Wanda Hildebrand and Carmen Grohs (Quincy), grandsons Kyle Hildebrand (Jessica), Cash Grohs, Cohl Grohs, great- granddaughter Kamdyn Hildebrand, great- grandson Karson Hildebrand, brother Mike Hildebrand (Darlene), brother-in-law Al Deschene, aunt Ella Hildebrand, nieces and nephews, and dear friends. A celebration of life will be held at Victoria Avenue Funeral Home, 2080 Victoria Ave East, Regina, SK on March 11, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Regina Palliative Care Unit, Pasqua Hospital, 4101 Dewdney Ave, Regina, SK, S4T 1A6.

Dear Diane and the Hildebrand family. We are so sorry to hear of Al's passing. What an upbeat guy, a huge teaser, and you always spoke so highly of him Diane. He will be sorely missed by all of you. Wanda and Carmen, I was fortunate to meet and visit with your dad on a few occasions. What a great guy! Such an easy going, kind and funny man. I know you have many memories you will cherish now that he has passed. Just know that he will always be caring for his kids and smiling down on you because he was a good man and that's what good men do.

The Hildebrand Family: Sorry to hear of Al's passing. Most of those who knew him in the 50's, 60's, etc. remember his humor & should remember that most everyone in Southey, Saskatchewan back then received nick names that Al instigated and that many people from back then and are still remembered by IE: Uncle "Mike", "Zeke, "Panet", "Rut" "Put Put", "Sleep", "Fogie" & many more.
