Dear McCollum Family,
My Daddy told me abour Mr Allen passing away. Although we hadn't spoken in many years, I thought about him fairly often. I'll never forget how he gave me a job and pretty much treated me as part of the McCollum's family...I remember once him asking me about the dishwashing job at my former employer. I was sweating and grunting over a sinkful at the time, and I said (rather crossly), "They got a big machine." Not missing a beat Mr Allen said, "That's okay, I got a little one!" Everybody in the kitchen busted up laughing. I'll always remember his laugh...May God bless and comfort you all in this time.

Marie and family,
How saddened we were to hear of the death of your dear husband. We have not known him as we have you and Janice. You have always treated us as family when we come to eat every Friday night. You all will be in our thoughts and prayers as you adjust to Allen's homegoing. God bless you and keep you. Please know we love you like family too.
Much love,
Ricky and Becky Nichols
