Alma Keyes

Alma Keyes, 92, formerly of Youngstown, died in Jameson Care Center at 1:45 a.m. June 16, 2008.Mrs. Keyes was born in Bracebridge, Ontario, Canada, on Oct. 10, 1915, a daughter of William and Mary Toeppner. She was married 53 years to Dr. Sidney C. Keyes, a Youngstown physician, who died in 1996. Mrs. Keyes is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Michele and Dale Perelman of New Castle, and Deirdre and Gregg Morris of Solana Beach, Calif.; a son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Geoffrey and Mary Keyes of Los Angeles; one sister; four grandchildren; and two great-granddaughters. Mrs. Keyes was a practicing registered nurse until in her 70s and was a member of Congregation Rodef Sholom, Youngstown. Burial was in Corona Del Mar, Calif. Local arrangements were by the R.
