Almarinda R. (Cabral) Reposa of Plymouth, formerly of Kingston, died October 8. She was the beloved wife of the late Manuel T. Reposa. Born in Plymouth, November 12, 1917, a daughter of the late Joe and Almarinda Cabral, Alma graduated from Kingston High School in 1936 with honors and was valedictorian of her class. She moved to Plymouth in 1945 and worked as a legal secretary for 46 years. Most of those years for Seymour Bluhm and later Morris Stern. In addition, she was active with St. Peters Womens League and St. Peters Church. She was the loving mother of the late Stephen J. Reposa and Phyllis A. Cote. She is survived by her cherished grandchildren, Christopher M. Cote of Plymouth, Craig S. Cote and his wife Stacia of Kingston and Matthew R. Cote of Plymouth. She was the great-grandmother of Christina, Kelsey, Amanda Cote, Vienne and Brielle Cote; great great-grandmother of Isabel and Shane. She was the sister of Manuel M. Cabral of Kingston, August P. Cabral of Middleboro, Gloria M. Sias of Calif., Arlene A. Bassett of Plymouth, Angie Gasper of Carver and the late Joe Cabral, Henry Cabral, James Cabral, Marianna Valla, Amina Perry and Helen Harvey. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. Funeral from the Cartmell Funeral Home, 150 Court St., Plymouth, Monday at 9 a.m., followed by a funeral Mass in St. Peters Church, Plymouth, at 10 a.m. Visiting hours Sunday from 4-6 p.m. Burial in St. Josephs Cemetery in Plymouth. We will all greatly miss you Auntie Alma. We loved you so much. You had a long life, tough at times, but you always pushed right on through! I will always cherish Grampa bringing us over for visits on Alden Street. I know Randy will miss you very much too. Rest in Peace now with Steve and Phyllis. Love Always...
