Skip - you were our real-life superhero. Our family misses you and we are thankful for the time we were able to spend with you. Thank you for just being you - it won't be the same without you coming to visit. Keep an eye out on Weaver - those of us left here on earth with him know these have been some of the roughest days we've seen. We will miss you!!!

My heart felt sympathy goes out to Barbara and the family. I first met Skip while he was at AWC in Yuma, Az. He was a student in some of my Mothers classes and visited our home on many ocasions. He was quite the character and an exceptional athlete. I never felt he thought he was better than anyone else. He just quitely went about his business. If you were on the football field, you better know where he was however! Who knows how long he could of played had he not got permantly injured in practice.
RIP "Skip", you will forever be in our hearts until we meet again.
