John,
As we have discussed (and I know others have with you as well), this is not where/how I normally choose to express myself, but I am choosing to do so today.
Alyssa is missed VERY much, everyday. She is remembered and loved by many. She continues to breath life into those of us who allow for it and her legacy is not contained within this website; it is in how we each choose to celebrate the many happy memories we have and to shake our heads & laugh about some others. LOL... but true.
Like Alyssa, it has been a year now since YOU have left us, but you can still choose to change that & to come back; today is the first day of the rest of your life... I hope you make things better for you, I hope you find health & peace again, I hope you figure out how to join all of us (especially Ryan and the beautiful Li'l Miss Charlotte) in life & in honor of Alyssa's true legacy.
I love you, John. And, like I do Alyssa, I miss you... lots of people miss you.
