My pretty little Amanda, I think of you so much and miss you tons! Me and Aunt Brenda went in for Kayla's Shower and I think it was a great surprise for all!
Its always hard at this time of the year. One thing is for sure, you would be very proud of your gorgeous daughter Brooke! She is adorable and is identical to you!
I am sure you are with Nan, Uncle Bill and all your great Aunts and Uncles partying it up! You got a good one there to Party with Uncle Bill should be a blast!

Well Mandy,
It is 10 Years ago today you were taken away from us ... I have thought about you lots this past year and always wish you were still with us. Many hearts are broken because of your life being so short.
My heart goes out to your Mom and Dad, brother and sister and especially Brooke. You left behind so many family members and many friends.
There is a big celebration tonight for your life and many have arranged for a good time, just like you would of wanted. I wish I could have been there, but I am in mind.
Aunty Nancy did a beautiful Memorial DVD of you and family, and it shed many tears from me.

Amanda here I am again after almost a week not knowing what to write.7 years have past and I am stunned for words.Each year that passes gets harder and harder and the memories get fill our hearts more and more.You were a very special person to all of us that truly LOVED you,one of the funniest people I met and you were almost like a daughter to me.I can remember the funny times when you were working and just about an hour after your shift I knew my telephone was going to ring,and sure enough it was Wayne calling for you wanting me to go down so that you and I can have our coffee and our little talk about 6 hours lol.I have the memories that you left inside of my heart always and always will.It was too funny because you were just as young as my daughter and there is alot you confided in me and I still to this day remember all.The bond we had will never go away until we meet again for coffee and chats.I know that you are watching over everyone you loved and we are all remembering a VERY SPECIAL PERSON WE ALL LOVED.

Merry Christmas Mandy,
Another year is coming to an end, getting ready to bring in the New Year!! I think about you lots and still feel that it is unfair that you had to leave us at such an early age!!! Thank god for Brooke, she is as gorgeous as ever, growing up to be a very pretty lady. You would be proud of your Mom and Dad. I get picture from you Mom and Dad quite regular, and from Aunt Nancy. I am trying to build a collage for her but I am not quite finished it, it is a lot of work but I know that she will love the finished product! I am very busy as usual as many of us are. I am going to tell you the same thing I told Grandpa.
So much has happened, Colby has bought his own home, I am missing him but he is doing great on his own, I still see him lots and I am very PROUD of him! Ken has been cancer free for 3 years + now! Brenda has lost 40 lbs. + and is looking great. Al is working hard and is helping everyone with home renovations as usual. Sarah has finished school and is now working full time; she is growing up so fast! Craig has two jobs, OMG; he’s still a baby to me! Cathy is as cute as ever! Gary is working on a major project in Fort Mac; he is responsible for building the Largest Tower Crane in the World. What a project, I have been following it because I made him a DVD Video Slideshow of it and it was very interesting to watch something so huge being built. You would be PROUD of him!!! Rose is keeping very busy with Jack and Jasmine while Gary is busy working out of town! They too are getting to big!! “Does that mean I am getting old?” Yuck!!!!
Can’t wait for the wedding in May, we from Edmonton are all attending, should be a great time, something you would have loved! So I have to drink and party for both of us, I promise you, I will!!!

Just a little note to say Hi and always thinking of you! I am going to visit Nanny's Memorial Tree tomorrow; I bought some wind chimes for her tree. Pink one for Nanny of course, one for Aunt Margo, Uncle Paul, one for your grandfather (Chirl), I bought a very pretty mauve one for you with your name on it, I also bought two beautiful Welcome stones for your great grandmother and great grandfather. Nanny will have the best looking musical tree on the site. You know how she loved music and dancing.
Oh one other thing that I wanted to tell you, I am working on a collage for Brook, I am waiting on a few more pictures from your Mom and then I can continue working on it. Once it is done I will put it in your guest book for everyone to see. I think she and you will love it.

My dearest Mandy, You would have been 27 today and how I miss you so. You would be very proud of your Mom, Dad, Dan and Kayla the way they watch over Brook for you. She is turning into a beautiful young lady. I wish I wasn’t so far away from her. I saw her this past summer and she is someone I could have easily taken home with me. I promise you I will try to visit her often or have her visit me. I will call her at Christmas and I will continue to keep in touch with her so that she will get to know me. This poem is for you:

Five years ago we all had to say goodbye to someone very special a daughter,mother,friend.She was someone so bright and full of life that even when she was weak she still had the energy some of us wish we had.
If we look around five years may feel like a long time because our lives have changed we have grown and learned new things and had many different experiences but the heart ache can still feel so fresh like it was just yesterday.
No one deals with the loss of a loved one in the same way it might take one person a lot longer then another even after five years,thats why it is important to kept your loved ones close and help them get through those hard days and be understanding that it can still hurt today as it did five years ago and sometimes a five minute phone call can make all the difference in the world.
Amanda will be missed just as much today as she will be missed 20 years from now that is just the effect she had on everyone even if you only met her once in your life she probably left you with memories that can last a life time.
Amanda is greatly missed today and always...........
