Amy Balog

Amy Jo Balog, age 38, a resident of Route 2039 in Hager Hill, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. Amy was born September 27, 1979 in Marion, Ohio the daughter of Jonathon and Sandra Horne Blevins. Amy was a homemaker and devoted mother. Those left to mourn includes her parents, Jonathon and Sandra Blevins of Hager Hill, Kentucky, son, Bernhardt Balog III of St. Petersburg, Florida, daughter, LeeAnna Marie Balog of Largo, Florida, brother, Charles Robert Blevins of Hager Hill, Kentucky, maternal grandmother, Norma Horn of Thackersville, Kentucky, sisters, Shirley Douglas of St. Petersburg, Florida, Wendy Blevins of St. Petersburg, Florida, Scarlet Green of St. Petersburg, Florida, a host of family and friends who love and miss her. A memorial service celebrating the life of Amy Jo Balog will be announced later from the Salyersville Funeral Home in Salyersville, Kentucky.
