Amy Bossard Obituary
Family and friends may call on Wednesday (April 5) from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the McGuigan & Bero Funeral Home 45 High St. Geneva. Private services and burial in Glenwood Cemetery will be held at the convenience of the family.
In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Amy's name may be made to a charity of choice.
Amy was born in Geneva on October 14, 1974 the daughter of Jim and Candee (Kane) Trickler. She graduated from Geneva High School class of 1992 and SUNY Brockport with a teaching degree.
In her early working career Amy worked at the Geneva General Child Care Center, Waitress at Club 86, Uncle Joe's, and for nearly the past 20 years presently a Teacher's Assistant for the Geneva City School District.
Amy was a devoted mother to her son and daughter and their sporting events. She was a member of the American Legion Winnek Post 396 Woman's Auxiliary, active member in the CSEA. Amy had close friends in her circle and many more she loved dearly. She enjoyed having long conversations with friends on the phone, many of them late at night.
Amy is survived by her husband, Josh; her son, Parker and her daughter, Emma; parents, Jim and Candee Trickler; siblings, Michelle Trickler Naeye, Jeffrey (Nicole) Trickler, Bryan Trickler, Jim (Mary Beth) Alexander; nieces & nephews, Tayler, Alex and Jordan Naeye, Cooper and Nicholas Trickler, Jacob Trickler, Samantha and Sophie Alexander; mother-in-law and father-in- law, Karen and Bruce Bossard; brother-in-law's, sister-in-law's, aunt, uncles and cousins.

I worked with Amy at WSS many years ago. She was funny and smiling. I also enjoyed seeing her at her yard sales. She and her friends having such a great time!
Her light will certainly be missed. Many sympathies from my family to yours.

Amy was always smiling. Her smile was infectious. When she spoke to you, you could see the light that she always brought with her. We all will miss her. But Josh, Emma, and Parker will miss her more. But they have the love of Amy to always have in their lives.
