Amy Katherine Neuhoff

Amy Katherine Neuhoff, 40, of Vermilion, died Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at her home in Vermilion. Amy was born February 12, 1973 in Lorain. She had lived in Vermilion most of her life. She had worked for the Vermilion Farm Market and various area and Nashville restaurants. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Vermilion where she attend grade school. She graduated from Lorain Catholic High School. She belonged to Friends of Bill W.and enjoyed gardening, cooking, dancing, singing, praying, floral design and going to the beach. She led prayer groups for women. She is survived by her father, Sidney (Betty) Neuhoff of Nashville, TN; mother, Sharon (Frank) Schweinberg of Vermilion; sisters, Theresa (Dan) Audia of Euclid, Kelly Neuhoff of Columbus, and Mary (Chevy) Sexton of Vermilion; brother, Tony Neuhoff of Lakewood; fiancée, Bruno Catalano of Vermilion; step sisters, Wendy (Rick) Baxter of Vermilion, Vikki (Donald) Smith, Nashville and Lisa (Cory) Goodgine, Leipers Fork, TN; step brothers, Tony Schweinberg of Austin, TX and Rick Reilly,Nashville; nieces and nephews, Cameron, Ella, Brigitte, Riley, Nathan, Chase and uncles, Ron Possy, Amherst, Joe (Lynne) Neuhoff and George (Barbara) Neuhoff, Amherst. She was preceded in death by her grandparents. The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 8, 2013 from 3 - 7 pm at the Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street, Vermilion, Ohio. Prayers will be said at the funeral home Monday, Sept 9, 2013 at 9:30 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary Catholic Church, 731 Exchange Street, Vermilion, OH at 10:00 am. Father Phillip Feltman will officiate. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Lorain.
