Ms. Baxter,
I am sorry to hear of the loss of your son Andr'e Baxter. I extend condolences on behalf of the people of the Town of Hobson City, Alabama. Andr'e was a member of the Hobson City Community Choir and is loved by the many friends he has in this community.
WE share a mutual friend, Mayor Jim Sims of District Heights Maryland. I understand that the two of you lived in the same community in Pennsylvania.
