Andy was such a wonderful human being. He was always kind and friendly to me and my family at their birthday parties. Both Andy and his lovely wife, Yvonne, always made us feel very welcome. I am in awe of his brilliance and all that he has done for the community. He will be dearly missed.

Judge Cheng brought his intelligence and his heart to his work on the bench. He ruled the cases with fairness and respect. It was a great honor to work with him.

Andy Cheng embodied the word "Integrity". I am honored to have been blessed with his friendship for many years and to have seen him, Yvonne and the children evolve into fine human beings. Andy was a gift to this world.

Judge Cheng was one of the kindest, smartest, most considerate lawyers I ever worked for at the City Attorney´s Office. Support staff would always go above and beyond for him, because he was such a sweet man. He truly leaves this world a better place and his passing is tragic for so many.

Andy was one of the very dearest people I have ever known. He was such a bright light in our church life. My heart is with his loving family.
