Please accept our deepest sympathies. Christine, you may not know us as a family, Andrew's grandma Ada was our mum's special and precious sister. Our mum Lily is 95 now, still quite able and in her own home. David and Andrew and their families have always been close to her heart especially since Ada passed away. May God Bless you and the Children and give you strength for the future.

I would like to extend my deepest sympathy to Andrews family. I worked with him during his years at the Peterloo Medical Centre and he was like a breath of fresh air. Always smiling and pushing the boundaries. He was very popular with his patients as he was with his staff. He will never be forgotten

We are the parents of Graham Best and we attended the very dignified and moving service to the memory of Andy. Our heartfelt sympathies and prayers are with you at this sad time and for the future. Graham was a friend of Andy and David and spent many happy weekends water ski-ing on Lake Windermere and at the caravan, Andy and David were best man and groomsman at the wedding of Janet and Graham. Sadly Graham also contracted cancer and died in 1999 and Andy and David were very supportive to Graham through his illness which was a hard time for them as Cath was also ill at that time. We were so pleased that he found happiness again. God bless you all.
