I knew Andy from HS sports as he was a fierce competitor and we later crossed paths in the National Guard. He was a well respected man. My condolences to his family.

I was quite shocked to learn of Andy's passing. He was [twice] my neighbor when I lived on Dakota Ave and later on Capitol Ave. Served in the National Guard with him also. Hard to believe he's gone.

I knew Andy from both of us being in the National Guard and on a task force in Panama. Great guy with an awesome sense of humor. He will be missed.

Andy was a great person. I served in Militay with him a long long time age. Most recently he helped me a lot on budget matters when I was in the SD Legislature. I am absolutely shocked of his passing!!
