The reading of our Declaration of Independence on July 4 in Rockport just won't be the same without Andrew's presence.

His laughter was memorable. His dedication to the cause was memorable. His bright smile was memorable. May his family know that his memory continues in the way he made people feel in his presence. What a beacon of light dimmed too soon. His legacy will forever shine in all our hearts.

I worked with Andy for nearly 20 years where he provided highly specialized computer programming services for my small marketing communications firm. Andy was smart, patient and worked extremely well with clients. More importantly I know he volunteered his time and expertise with high school students who were aspiring to learn web programming. (I know because he invited me to ride along one weekend where he was judging and mentoring a trade school programming competition.) Andy did a lot of good in this world with his time. I'll miss him. My condolences to his family.

Andy helped our daughter Re' realize her wish to spend a gap year abroad as a Rotary Exchange student. She ended up going to Romania and engage with many other Rotary Exchange students there for field trips and other great experiences. Our family extends our most profound condolences to Andy's family and close friends. Bill Waller
