Andrew D. McClelland, age 31, of Niagara Falls NY, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 28, 2010.
Andrew was born November 19, 1978, in Lewiston, the son of Dawn Caldwell of Vero Beach, FL and the late David L. McClelland. He grew up in Ransomville and attended Wilson High School. Andrew was a welder, employed by National Maintenance in Niagara Falls. Andrew attended Ransomville Free Methodist Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and being outdoors.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his loving companion and mother of his children, Kimberly Capen of Niagara Falls, NY; his daughters, Alyssa, Kylie and Olivia McClelland; a sister, Sara McClelland of Niagara Falls, NY; two brothers, Joshua McClelland of Buffalo and Patrick McClelland of Wilson; his grandmother, Ellen McClelland of Ransomville; his aunts, Linda Steck and Barbara (Joseph) Calato, both of Ransomville; and several other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
A Memorial Service will be held Monday, May 3rd at 11:00 AM in the Ransomville Free Methodist Church, 3924 Ransomville Rd., Ransomville, with the Rev. William Lowery officiating. There will be no prior visitation. Flowers are gratefully declined. Memorials may be made to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Dr., Lockport, NY 14094. Arrangements have been entrusted to HARDISON FUNERAL HOME, 3648 Ransomville Rd., Ransomville.
