Andy Louis Bost, Sr., passed away March 8, 2023. He was born September 25, 1958, to Louis Mason Bost, Jr. and Martha (Cooksey) Bost. He attended Bosse High School, recently retiring from CenterPointe Energy. Survivors include Mary, his loving wife of 46 years, a daughter Angela Truitt (Nick), sons A.J. Bost (Belinda) and Louis Bost III (Karol) of San Antonio, grandchildren Mason Bost, Tyler Wathen and Louis IV, Joseph and Jacob Bost, Brennan, Bryleigh and Samuel Truitt, Maddie and Sydney, sister Alice Wootton (Jim) of Louisville, nephew Kurt Wootton (Marimar) of Merida, Mexico, and great niece and nephew Sandra and Luis Wootton, Aunt Mary Jo (Jim) of Sparta, Tennessee, and many cousins. He was preceded in death in 2011 by his father Louis Mason Bost, Jr. and aunts Lois Wiles, Doris Bradford, Betty Hammond, June Walters and Phyllis McFarland and uncles Ben Cooksey and Richard Bost. Andy loved golf and IU Basketball. He enjoyed watching his sons and grandsons compete in basketball and wrestling. He requested no service. Please send donations to Cancer Pathways Midwest or Heart to Heart Hospice.
