Angela Mote

Angela Christine Mote, a beloved daughter, sister, and mother, passed away on November 30, 2024, in Knoxville, Tennessee, at the age of 36. Born on October 21, 1988, Angela was a free spirit whose compassion and unwavering friendship touched the lives of many. Her joyful presence and comforting nature were a source of solace and happiness to those around her.

Angela cherished her role as a mother, finding immense joy in the moments spent with her three children: Corey Swanson, Jr., Cy'leigh Swanson, and Ema'leigh Swanson. Her love for them was boundless and remains a testament to her nurturing spirit.

She is survived by a loving family who will forever hold her memory dear. This includes her sister, Rachel Leah Mote; her nephews, Ja'lyn Mote and Desmond Marbley; her mother and stepfather, Julie C and Alex Cate; her father and stepmother, David and Debbie Mote. Angela also leaves behind her grandparents and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, all of whom will miss her deeply.

A private memorial will be held by the family to honor Angela's life and the profound impact she had on those she loved. Her spirit and memory will continue to live on through her family, friends, and all who knew her. Though her absence will be deeply felt, Angela's love and kindness will forever resonate with those she touched.
